Thanks, Rebecca. For some reason, your email went to my spam box and I just discovered it today when checking. Weird - you've never gone there before!!!

The quote from Debbie at Town Hall also went there and I recovered it today. I am attaching it fyi. She also gave me a paper quote today (I was at Town Hall trying to find out where my quote was!) and for coffee, tea, including paper cups, cream, milk, sugar & sweetener, an assortment of bottled water and pop (we can eliminate the bottled water), assorted cookies/squares (based on 2 pp), and a seasonal fruit platter, they quoted me $4 pp. Included are table linens, napkins, set up and clean up. This was based on 100 persons.

As the attached quote for 50 (different foods) is $10 pp (a lot higher), we might be able to find common ground somewhere in between. I will also price out doing it via Robinson's Independent Grocers and let you know what that would come to, ok? We can cut costs by buying pop/ice/napkins/plates, etc. ourselves and simply giving you the receipts too, so I'll do some more work on this. However, wanted to let you know I'd received your email.

Also, costs for rental of 5x40 oz. water pitchers (glass) @ $3 ea and 50 10.5 oz. water glasses @ .35 ea was total of $37.05, tax incl. We might need to increase this for the bigger group you are estimating. These were from Muskoka Party Rentals and quoted on basis of MHF/MWC picking up and returning the items.

Elaine,

Judi and I discussed how many people we are expecting for the launch and we decided that the best way to go about it is to plan for 75 people for food and 100 people for drinks (the extra drinks can always be used at a later MHF or MWC event).

Hopefully that allows you to proceed with your planning.
