Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review Committee Report for Meeting July 5, 2007 I attend meetings of this committee and provide input but have no vote. Kathy Hunter and Don Baker also attend. We missed a fair bit of the initial parts of the review before we requested a seat at the table. I’ve attended 4 or 5 meetings. Rick Hunter of Planscape which is facilitating the review, promised that the first completed draft will be ready July 12th and, after discussion and revisions by the CZB Review Cttee., will be available to the public. A public meeting is planned for August 17th, 5 - 8 p.m. HLC will need to publicize it when we can be assured that the draft will be ready and the meeting date assured. I urge you all to obtain a copy of the public draft and attend this meeting with your comments ready.
