September 25, 2008- Strategic Planning initiative - update Good Afternoon everyone As promised this months HLC meeting will focus on the Strategic Planning initiative. For those that have not participated in our monthly meetings in the past I encourage you to join us in what promises to be a very interactive and enlightening session. As this session will require a lot of participation we ask that you please confirm your attendance- or Non attendance by next Wednesday October 1st. It is essential that we hear back from all members so that we can ensure preparation and documentation for attendees as well as follow-up of distribution of results. If you are unable to attend I encourage you to please send in your feedback to the group questions (please see attached "hlc stratplan agenda") so that we may include them in the group discussions. As always everyone is welcome to attend our monthly meetings, so encourage you to forward this notice to interested parties on your executive for feedback and participation if they are available. Feedback from our membership is essential to our success as they provide the opportuniteis for us to succeed. Collectively we make a difference.
